It is March. If you have not yet paid your annual fee, please pay it promptly as time is running out. Fees not paid by March 31st will be turned over to Orlando Law Group for collection. Annual fee plus interest: $231.80

Annual HOA fees are due by January 31st of each year.
Your Annual HOA fee helps to pay for street lights, landscaping, irrigation, repairs, community improvements, mailings, and insurance. These all help to make this a safe, pleasant and desirable community in which to live.

LATE FEES: HOA fees not paid in full by January 31st are subject to monthly late fees in accordance with our bylaws. Please avoid this unnecessary expense by making your payment timely!
If the annual fee is not paid by March 31st, the debts are turned over to the Orlando Law Group for collection and your cost increases significantly. Members will then be responsible to remit the annual fee, late fees and all additional attorney expenses. Continued non-payment will eventually result in a lien against your property. It quickly gets very expensive. Please help us avoid having to pursue this option!
